Wirral Council is looking for Casual Leisure Coaches (Level 1 & 2) to deliver fun, social and inclusive badminton sessions across leisure centres and community venues.

Pay: £13.25–£13.40 per hour
Flexible hours: Evenings & weekends
Location: Wirral

The Role

• Lead engaging badminton sessions for all ages and abilities
• Create a welcoming, social environment to encourage participation
• Help players develop skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game
• Support wider activities (multisport etc.)

You’ll Need

• A Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification (Badminton Activator ideal)
• First Aid certification
• Energy, reliability, and a passion for getting people active
• Ability to adapt sessions for beginners through to improvers
